Jolteon (ジョルティオン, Jorution) is an Electric-type Lightning Pokémon that is the evolved form of Eevee when exposed to a Thunder Stone. It is one of Eevee's final forms, the others being Vaporeon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon.
Jolteon is a dog-like Pokémon with a very short tail, surrounded by a fringe of spikes on its rear. It has four slender legs, each with a three-toed foot and a pink paw pad. It has large, pointed ears with black insides. Jolteon is covered in yellow fur, and has a white, spiky collar. It can make its fur sharp like needles; this is similar to Glaceon, which also has fur that can be made sharp. Jolteon has dark, fox-like, black eyes. Its height is 2'07" and weight is 54.0 lbs.
Jolteon can use the same attacks that Eevee can use, with the addition of the ability to wield electrical attacks, as well as Double Kick and Pin Missile. In order to gather power for electric attacks, it accumulates negative ions in the atmosphere, charges power when its mood changes, or amplifies the weak electric charge of its cells with the static electricity of its electrically-charged needle fur. As a fully evolved Pokémon, Jolteon can learn Hyper Beam and Giga Impact.

His eyes are a rich purple. He has the body of an IceWing. Jolteon's front legs are very small for a dragon. They are quite narrow and slender.
Jolteon inherited some quite odd looks from his HiveWing ancestors. He has little spikes around his neck like a ruff. These spikes are very sharp and jagged. They are snowy-white and contrast with his golden scales. From his ancient NightWing ancestor Clearsight, he inherited the tall, noble horn shape of NightWings. His horns are very long, and are pitch black.

Jolteon was born to a HiveWing mother, Dart, and a IceWing father, perfectly ordinary. Besides being a hybrid, of course. His father, Blizzard, was an outcast from the IceWings, and had had to flee to Pantala, hoping there was something out there. Blizzard collapsed outside of Dart’s home. She found him, and took him in and kept him alive. He and Dart fell in love. Dart was scorned for taking a SilkWing as a mate, as that was the cover story they had come up with: Blizzard was a SilkWing from an egg that had been shattered a little when he was young, and because of that, when he was developing in his egg, his second pair of wings had gone wrong. Dart was treated like a SilkWing, and laughed at for taking a 'SilkWing' as a mate. A few months later, they had an egg. However, tragedy struck before the egg hatched: Blizzard had died from an unknown illness. And Jolteon grew up, never knowing his father.

One day, Jolteon was exploring. He was crossing some stepping stones when he slipped and fell. The last thing he remembered was a glowing golden stone in front of him. This was the Thunder Stone, an enchanted object that had been swept to Pantala by the sea.
When he woke up, he was in hospital. Dart was standing over him, wringing her talons. Everyone seemed to be looking at his wings, and he turned around to look. Two very short stumps were there, covered in bandages. The next day, the doctors officially said it: Jolteon would never fly again.
Jolteon was so angry and sad. Flying had been one of his few delights. Everything went golden and blinding as he reached his peak of fury and hurt and a strange feeling swept th though him. A flash resonated, and when everyone looked at Jolteon, he had miniature sparks crackling around his feet. He fled the room, and ran far away.
